Since Gus spoke to listeners who’ve converted to Catholicism from a Protestant denomination, after telling his own “reversion” story, he invites Catholic reverts to call in and share their story of leaving the Catholic faith and coming back.

We also have the Protestant Hour. In lieu of the upcoming 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, Gus talks with Augustine Institute Academic Dean Dr. Christopher Blum who hosts a DVD series, put out by the Lighthouse Catholic Media, called “The True Reformers.” Dr. Blum gives some insight into the impetus and unfortunate consequences of the reformation, which was more of a breaking away from the Church’s sacramental life, and talks about some of the amazing Catholic leaders, many of whom are now saints, who spearheaded actual reform within the Catholic Church.

Also, former Methodist minister Mike Allen sits down with Gus in the Conversion Corner about his faith journey and what ultimately lead him to the Catholic Church.

And, Bob Dunning calls in to talk this weekend’s best games, including Gus Lloyd’s favorite Ohio State vs. Penn State.
