Jim Campbell, senior counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom, calls in to give Gus the details of yesterday’s Supreme Court oral arguments between the attorneys for Jack Phillips and the Masterpiece Cakeshop, who refused to make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple, and the attorneys for the plaintiffs. Jim also gives us the history of how all of this came about. Afterwards, Gus opens up the floor to listeners who wish to react to the controversy between Jack Phillips’ and the LGBT community.

Later, Diocese of Camden, NJ Bishop Dennis Joseph Sullivan calls in to talk with Gus about how, in October, his diocese offered a free burial for family members who have been cremated and their ashes not properly dispensed and the overwhelming response. He’s also joined by Diocese Director of Cemetaries Marianne Linka.

And, since today is the Feast Day of St. Nicholas, Gus talks about Santa Claus. As many of us probably know by now, he’s the saint who Santa is based on. Gus asks listeners how old they were when they found out the truth about Santa and how that influenced the way the did the whole Santa Claus thing with their kids.

St. Nicholas, pray for us.
