I have always been somewhat directionally challenged. That's why I love the invention of the GPS. It tells me where I need to go, and corrects me when I've gone off course.
Wouldn't it be nice if there was a GPS for life? Something or someone that would tell you the way you should go, and let you know when you've veered off course? Actually, there is! It is God!
In the first reading today from Isaiah 30, we read, "No longer will your Teacher hide himself, but with your own eyes you shall see your Teacher, While from behind, a voice shall sound in your ears: 'This is the way; walk in it,' when you would turn to the right or to the left." Let God be your GPS by praying to him and listening to his voice guide you in the way you should go.
Father, may we hear your voice more clearly, instructing us on the way we should go. Amen.
